Refund policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To start a return/refund request, you can contact us at support@teahouseritual.com Please submit your order number, followed by your return reason
Acceptable grounds for returning items: Item is damaged, defective, or faulty, change of mind and exchange for another item.
In the rare instance that your item does not arrive, you receive the incorrect product, or you decide to cancel your order, you may be eligible for a refund.
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or faulty, please provide photos or videos along with your email for review. Once approved, we will provide return instructions and the return address.
Please note that customers are responsible for arranging and covering the cost of return postage, unless the item is confirmed to be damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Refunds will be credited back to the initial payment method used for the order, unless specific instructions are provided to refund to an alternative payment method. Anticipate receiving your refund within 10 business days. This timeframe includes the duration for us to receive the package from the return shipper, along with an internal processing period of 1-2 working days for your refund. It's important to be aware that certain banks may take 3-5 working days to complete the refund processing on their end.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we may evaluate the issue and make it right.
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
